Why so sensitive? Sensodyne Rapid Relief launch

Ouch.

Sensodyne Rapid Relief can stop sensitivity pain in 60 seconds - wow! Tooth sensitivity is often ignored or overlooked, so our in-store campaign helped customers to recognise it and - more important - do something about it.

Chill test.

Our 'chill test' gave customers the opportunity to uncover unknown tooth sensitivity. Customers sipped from a glass of ice-cold water while looking at their expression in a mirror, to see whether the water caused them to wince in pain. Customers were often surprised to find that they did.

Tap tap tap.

So what can Sensodyne Rapid Relief Toothpaste do about it? Our interactive digital game, designed and built in-house, was a fun twist on the ever-popular ‘whack-a-mole’. Customers raced to tap sensitive areas of the digital tooth to eliminate sensitivity pain fast - just like Sensodyne.

By offering customers both a digital and physical experience, we encouraged them to engage with the brand even though they couldn't sample it directly. To finish the experience and encourage purchase, we offered a free gift (branded ice cube trays, naturally!) for customers who bought Sensodyne Rapid Relief on the day.
