To support this ethos, we developed the Talent Management Evolution Programme.
Our Talent Management department source and select the talent for all our brand experiences. They use an exclusive database of 6,500 contractors from brand ambassadors, to influencers, to make-up artists.
The Talent Management Evolution Programme provides clear career development for people within the team. Over a 12-month period, employees taking part in the Programme can experience different aspects of the business. This includes working within the Campaign Management Department as trainees on different accounts. At the end of the Programme their performance is reviewed. This review forms part of a discussion as to which area of the business best suits the employee. In turn, this informs decisions about career development opportunities within the agency.
