Summer Full of Flavour

Brief
With Summer fast approaching, the Tesco Roadshow was soon to be upon us once again and so, activation ideas were required to re-imagine our flavour-filled showcase with a renewed focus on bringing to life those summer moments such as enjoying good weather and dining outdoors.
Insight
Identifying that Tesco shoppers are on the lookout for affordability at home over the costs of dining elsewhere, the direction we took was to inspire family occasions that can be created yourself, showcasing great-tasting value, exciting recipes, the all-important barbeque, cost & time saving plus free food and chances to win.
Idea
Serving as a celebratory space to be beloved by all, we created an elevated experience around a garden gathering featuring brightly-coloured summer houses filled with all your favourite food & drink brands. Travelling to 100 different Tesco stores, shoppers were invited to feel the vibes and get inspired whilst making delicious discoveries and enjoying family activities, brought to life further through an interchangeable demo theatre with live cooking classes and useful tips of making the most of summer at home.
